It's never too late to improve your stroke! We have adult swim classes for all swim levels. Looking for something more hard core? Our Triathlon Training will get you race-ready. Open lane swimming is also available.
New to Canada? You can meet new friends and practice your English at the YMCA Conversation Club. This is also a great chance to volunteer your time — simply by talking!
