All YMCA members pay a non-refundable joiner fee at the start of their membership. Adult, Senior and Student membership categories pay $50, and Youth pay $30.

Our memberships do not have locked-in contracts. Memberships can be paid for one year or month to month through pre-authorized payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or your bank account. Monthly payments are taken on the 1st or 15th of each month and will continue until you complete a cancellation form and return your membership card.

Water, juices, sport drinks and energy bars can be purchased at the Member Services desk.

Athletic clothing and accessories can be purchased at the Member Services desk.

The Langara Family YMCA has a lost and found at the Member Services desk. Please report all lost items to Member Services staff in person – lost and found information will not be given over the phone. The Langara Family YMCA does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen items. We will keep all found items in storage for two weeks. Unclaimed items are donated to charity.

All Family, Couple, Adult and Senior Annual Full-Paying Memberships receive 10 complimentary guest passes per membership. With these passes, members may bring a friend as their guest. The YMCA member must be present to sign in their guest and every guest must provide a piece of photo identification. Additional single guest passes are available and can be purchased upon arrival.

• All YMCA members receive a membership card, which must be presented in order to access the facility.

• All non-member program participants will be issued a YMCA course card, which must be presented in order to access the facility.
• The YMCA course card will grant you access to the facility 15 minutes prior to the start of your program.
• Only one course card will be issued per session.
• Please keep your course card between sessions as it can be re-used from session to session.
• There is a $5 (plus taxes) replacement fee for lost course cards.

NSF cheques, pre-authorized bank account debits and preauthorized credit card payments are subject to a $15 administration.
