Circle of Friends Parent/Caregiver and Child/Family Resource Program

Circle of Friends is a free program for all parents/caregivers and children aged 0-6.

A Place to Play

Parents/caregivers and children from birth to six years of age can play and experience fun activities in a warm and welcoming environment. Children will have the opportunity to socialize, learn new skills, play with toys, take part in art activities, sing songs, enjoy stories, have a snack and more!

A Place to Learn

Parents and caregivers have access to various resources and learning opportunities. Borrow toys, puzzles, videos, books and other materials from the lending library. Learn more about child development, parenting issues and resources in your community.

A Place to Make New Friends

Drop in anytime during operating hours and meet others who spend their days with young children. Network and share parenting and family ideas. Experience a morning of fun and enjoy a cup of coffee while your children play near by!
