Auction opens at 9:00am on September 26th and closes at 3pm on September 30th
All proceeds of the Annual YMCA Online Auction will go to ensure no one is left out of a YMCA opportunity because of financial need.
Auction will be live for bids for five days - September 26th - September 30th, 2011.
The latest Auction bids will be posted each day at 12pm and 3pm. During the first four days of the auction we will do our best to email you when you are outbid. On the final day we will post the latest bids online at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, and 2:45pm.
Bids will be recorded in the order that they are received by the YMCA Association Services server time.
In the event that more than one person bids the same amount, the first email identified by the YMCA Association Services server will be taken as the winning bid.
Auction prizes and winners will be posted October 4th at 3pm after each prize winner has been contacted and payment processed.
Bidders must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Each item has a minimum price to start the bidding. Bidding increments are $10.
Items can be picked up at the YMCA Association Services Offices at 200 - 1166 Alberni Street in Vancouver, BC. Courier or delivery charges can be arranged but are the responsibility of the bidder and not included in the price of the item.
