The YMCA Soccer League offers co-ed teams for kids in Kindergarten to grade 3. Our volunteer coach-driven league is non-scoring and provides kids the opportunity to have a fun and rewarding experience while enjoying the game of soccer. All YMCA programs encourage family involvement–parents are encouraged to volunteer as coaches or helpers.
All practices and games take place at elementary school outdoor soccer pitches. Please check back in late January for school locations, practice times and league registration information.

The goals and objectives of YMCA Sports Leagues are based on the following eight fundamentals:
| Participation: | Everyone plays an equal amount |
| Fun: | We play sports to have fun |
| Fitness: | Regular cardiovascular exercise is important for a lifetime |
| Skills: | Emphasize the fundamentals |
| Teamwork: | Focus on co-operation, not competition |
| Fair Play: | Fair play involves respect |
| Family Involvement: | Youth sports are family programs |
| Volunteer: | Volunteers are the key |
We encourage parents and families of participants to be actively involved with their child's team both in practice and games. Youth sports are family programs at the YMCA and your active involvement is huge encouragement to coaches and participants. We sincerely hope that you and your child's season are a positive experience. Any questions or concerns can be answered by calling the YMCA at 604-575-9622.
