Sage Intellectual offers unique experiential learning opportunities for seniors 55+. Courses run in small groups. The programs are healthy for your brain, allow you to meet new people and have fun.

The Chilliwack Family YMCA has a long history of support the physical health needs of seniors in their community. Through their leadership and innovation, the YMCA has partnered with Sage Intellectual to provide an even broader spectrum of healthy lifestyle choices for seniors.

New MacKenzie Hall at YMCA Camp Elphinstone to Help Kids in Need

Friends and family of Pearl MacKenzie and YMCA Camp Elphinstone will gather on September 17th to celebrate the camp's newly named recreation centre, MacKenzie Hall. Long-time teacher Pearl MacKenzie deeply believes in YMCA Camp Elphinstone and has generously donated $500,000 to ensure more kids can grow up to their full potential. "I often saw kids in need during my teaching days," she says. "Kids that have never been to camp and would never get the chance to go to camp." Now, because of MacKenzie's gift, more than 3,000 kids each summer will enjoy outdoor recreational programs at the new facility.

Please join us to celebrate this new recreation centre - the generousity of Pearl MacKenzie and the many thousands of children that will benefit from her gift for many years to come.
